Who We Are

We are a non-profit West Island community organization dedicated to helping people with mental health problems achieve their fullest potential while meeting the challenges of everyday life.

We are a team of experienced and dedicated workers that is part of a West Island non profit community organization that extends from Dorval West to Senneville. Our team is committed to helping people with mental health problems to better their quality of life.





 
What do we do?

We provide a wealth of services designed to make your life easier, including:
• Individual support through home visits;
• Follow-up for long term;
• Help developing coping skills;
• Help finding a place of your own;
• Assistance with life skills, like:
  - Budgeting,  
   - Daily routine and tasks,  
  - Tenants rights, etc.  
• Tenants rights:
  - On average once a week.  
• Long term follow–up:
  - If warranted, a beneficial follow-up can be extended over months if not years.  
     

It is important to always remember that you are not alone. There is a whole network of people in the West Island dedicated to helping you live everyday to the fullest. The staff at PCSM can direct you to various resources that best suit your needs. All You have to do is ask!
